6. No-Fee Advisory Disclosure

SwitchBlue provides its educational information, comparison tools, and one-on-one licensed agent consultation services at 100% zero cost to the consumer.

We do not charge you any advisory fees, administrative costs, or subscription fees. If you choose to enroll in an insurance plan through one of our licensed agents, we are compensated directly by the private insurance company (the carrier) through standard regulatory commissions.

Your monthly plan premium is exactly the same whether you enroll directly with the carrier or through a licensed broker like SwitchBlue. Using our agency guarantees you personalized service and advocacy without any surcharge.

7. CMS Plan Availability Disclaimer

10. Permitted User Conduct

11. Limitation of Liability

SwitchBlue Insurance Agency LLC provides consultative insurance quotes based on data available from independent carriers. We are not liable for any discrepancies in plan rates or third-party connectivity disruptions.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SWITCHBLUE INSURANCE AGENCY LLC, ITS MEMBERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS WEBSITE OR OUR SERVICES.
